Hi there, I’m Hillary! ٩(^ᗜ^ )و ´-

I’m a Cognitive Science student at UC San Diego focusing on design and interaction. My path into design wasn’t linear. I originally planned to pursue finance, but during my final year at community college I discovered UI/UX and quickly realized it was the kind of work I had always been drawn to: understanding people and designing systems around them.

Since then, I’ve explored product design through collaborative projects and campus organizations, and currently serve as Marketing Lead for Triton Software Engineering. I’m especially interested in how thoughtful design can make complex systems feel intuitive and human.

Outside of design, I enjoy reading, experimenting with content creation, and filming food videos. I’m still finding my niche there, but eating well is definitely part of the process.
